For our Free shipping service the delivery time is up to 12 working days. But in some occations it can take up to 28 days. The number you will recive when your order will be shipped is a receipt number that we need to use when we make a report if the order got lost.  

For faster shipping please use our paid services.  

We do not accept any responsibility for any products damaged in transit. Signed proof of courier is required if the product reaches you in a unsatisfactory condition.  This can then be taken up with us on your behalf and we will pursue the normal channels to locate fault. 

Any damaged products that reach you that are not complete and are short of items will also require signed proof of courier for your reference. 

We reserve the right to check the address of a product that is to be delivered if to an alternative address and not that of the cardholder we may contact the cardholder.

Online Payment
When paying by card is no fee from us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club.

Right of withdrawal
For hygiene reasons we can not return or exchange lo-bloo.

Error in publishing
We reserve the right to retrospectively correct the erroneous prices, product text and images printed/written incorrectly on our website. We will contact the customer if obvious error has occurred, the discontent reserves the customer a full refund.
